Thịt gà xào nấm là món ăn bắt cơm và đặc biệt thơm ngon mà mọi người nên cho vào thực đơn hằng ngày của gia đình mình. Thịt gà sau khi sơ chế thì đem thái lát vừa ăn, tẩm ướp gia vị để thấm đều. Nấm rơm đem rửa sạch, cắt đôi búp nấm rồi để ráo. Thịt gà xào qua trên chảo nóng, thịt chín tái thì cho nấm rơm vào xào chung, nêm nếm gia vị cho vừa ăn rồi tắt bếp.
Nguyên liệu:
– 300 g thịt ức gà
– 1/3 củ cà rốt
– 4 tai nấm mèo to
– 15 tai nấm hương khô
– 3 tép tỏi
– 1 cây hành lá thái nhỏ
– Gia vị: Hạt nêm, nước mắm, dầu ăn.
Cách làm:
Bước 1: Thịt gà thái lát mỏng, ướp thịt với một ít nước mắm, hạt nêm cho ngấm gia vị; Cà rốt bào vỏ thái lát; Nấm ngâm nở thái sợi to; Tỏi băm nhỏ.
Bước 2: Cho 2 thìa dầu ăn vào chảo, cho tỏi vào xào thơm, tiếp đó cho thịt gà vào xào.
Bước 3: Thêm cà rốt vào xào cho đến khi cà rốt chín tới.
Bước 4: Thêm nấm vào xào chung khoảng 2 phút thì nêm lại gia vị cho vừa ăn rồi tắt bếp.
